Swanky but not flashy. There is old-world elegance at every touch point. It is also comfortable. Just a few steps from your front door is Tucson’s celebrated 12-mile Rillito River Park pathway, with its sense of open space.

Residences
Apartments range from 800-1,660 square feet, in one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Some enjoy majestic views of the Catalina Mountains and others overlook the well-appointed courtyard. The design influence is Spanish revival style, a local favorite that concentrates on thick white walls under red tile roofs, balconies and patios for indoor/outdoor living, and generous spaces filled with light from abundant tall windows. Residences feature open floor plans, modern kitchens, and environmentally friendly appliances with high fit and finish. Members will be able to pick from a few select design packages.

Amenities
Two dining venues will offer a variety of delicious menu options in this intimate community setting. Acacia Restaurant will be a casual bistro, with indoor and outdoor seating, and Gallery Bar will be a fully stocked casual gathering spot just off the lobby. Acacia will also feature all-day gourmet grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, and hot beverages. An intimate indoor pool will host private training sessions including Watsu; if any member prefers a lap pool transportation to sister community The Hacienda at the Canyon is available. An on-site horse stable will feature equine therapeutic programming several times a week. A large covered garden invites members to garden, with established edibles and aromatics, as well as a number of Kino heritage trees and an array of cacti. A large central courtyard that the residences ring features lawns, a fountain, porches, a fireplace, and many fruit-bearing citrus trees.

Health and Well-Being
The Hacienda is a place where a rich fabric of services and amenities is woven together with program offerings that encourage personal growth and community engagement. Opportunities for engagement might include cooking classes with members of Tucson’s vibrant food scene; classes and seminars with visiting integrative medicine practitioners; as well as regularly scheduled excursions to many of Tucson’s favorite spots to indulge in our city’s vibrant culture and arts scene. Members will have direct access to sister community The Hacienda at the Canyon and its health clinic.
