Hospice Care at The Hacienda will be provided at The Springs by one of Tucson’s most acclaimed care teams. Founded in 1998 by Lynette Jaramillo, and Agnes C. Poore Casa de la Luz Hospice continues to provide exceptional care and support for patients and their loved ones.
Chief Executive Officer Lynette Jaramillo has over 30 years of management experience. From 1990 to 1995 she was the Arizona area manager of the nation’s second largest home care provider. She is currently a member of the Mayor’s Senior Task Force for the City of Tucson. Chief Clinical Officer Agnes C. Poore has 40 years of nursing experience in acute care and community health settings. She has served on the boards of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Pima Council on Aging Foundation. She is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Nurses Association and an affiliate member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Casa de la Luz Hospice is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and the Eldercare Council of Arizona.
