Our memory care guests at The Hacienda at The River had a “fruitful” experience this week as they assisted staff in picking ripe produce from our garden. Our farm-to-table process allows for meals served to our guests and diners at Acacia Café to be supplemented with fresh, organic fruits and vegetables that are grown on our site, prepared by our dining services staff and gladly eaten by our guests! This particular harvest included mustard greens, spinach, tomatoes, cauliflower, Mexican and Bearss limes, green and red kale and eggplant. Buen provecho!
